Returning Clients
Welcome back! If you have already completed your first appointment at Restored Life Counseling, you may use the TherapyAppointment client portal to manage many routine appointment and account tasks.
Use the portal to self-schedule future appointments, reschedule or cancel appointments, update your payment method, update insurance information, complete paperwork, and pay outstanding balances.

Returning clients may use the TherapyAppointment portal to:
schedule future appointments
reschedule appointments
cancel appointments
update your card on file
update insurance information
complete assigned paperwork
pay outstanding balances
review upcoming appointment times
Self-scheduling is available after your first completed appointment. New clients should begin on the New Clients page before using the portal.

telehealth link problems
trouble accessing your portal
questions about which provider to schedule with
urgent scheduling concerns
For clinical questions, please contact your therapist directly according to their communication preferences. Therapists do not provide therapy by email, text, or phone outside of scheduled sessions. If your question requires clinical discussion, you may need to schedule an appointment.

Your therapist will send your telehealth link the morning of your scheduled appointment. You may log in at your appointment time.
Payment is collected at the time of service. If your card is declined, we will notify you by text and ask you to update your payment method promptly. If you need to update your payment method before your appointment, please do so in the portal or call our office before your session time.
If you do not receive your telehealth link by the time of your appointment, please call our office.

Payment is due at the time of service. For in-person appointments, please check in at the front desk when you arrive so we can confirm your payment method, collect your expected payment responsibility, and notify your therapist that you have arrived.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled or rescheduled, and a late cancellation/no-show fee may apply.
Appointments must be cancelled by 10:00 AM the business day before your scheduled session to avoid the late cancellation/no-show fee.
Restored Life Counseling is not a crisis service. If you are experiencing an emergency or are in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
