Therapy Services

Restored Life Counseling provides therapy in Conway, Arkansas for children, teens, adults, couples, and families. Our therapists help clients work through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship conflict, family stress, life transitions, behavioral concerns, and other emotional or relational struggles.

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Before scheduling a first appointment, our office reviews your intake information, presenting concerns, insurance, provider availability, and therapist fit to help determine the best next step.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides a private space to work through emotional, relational, behavioral, or life challenges with a trained therapist.

Clients may seek individual therapy for anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress, anger, life transitions, relationship struggles, addictive behaviors, or difficulty coping with daily life.

Our therapists help clients identify patterns, build practical tools, process painful experiences, and move toward healthier functioning.

Couples Counseling

Couples counseling helps dating, engaged, and married couples work through relational pain, communication problems, conflict, trust concerns, disconnection, affair recovery, intimacy struggles, and other relationship challenges.

Our therapists help couples better understand relationship patterns, build healthier communication, and pursue greater emotional safety and connection.

Placement with a specific couples therapist depends on provider availability, insurance, and clinical fit.

Child and Teen Counseling

Children and teens may need support when emotional, behavioral, social, or family challenges begin affecting daily life.

Our therapists work with concerns such as anxiety, depression, anger, ADHD-related challenges, grief, family changes, school stress, trauma, relational struggles, and behavioral concerns.

For minor clients, a parent or legal guardian must attend the first appointment. Parent/guardian involvement after the first appointment varies based on age, treatment needs, therapist recommendation, and legal or clinical requirements.

Family Therapy

Family therapy helps families work through conflict, communication breakdowns, parenting challenges, grief, life transitions, blended family dynamics, behavioral concerns, and relational stress.

The goal is to help family members better understand one another, strengthen communication, clarify roles and boundaries, and move toward healthier connection.

Depending on the situation, family therapy may involve the whole family, parents/guardians, children, teens, or specific family members.

Not Sure What Type of Therapy You Need?

That is okay. Many clients are not sure where to begin.

When you complete the new client registration process, you will have an opportunity to share basic information about what you are looking for, your main concerns, your insurance, and any provider preference you may have. Our office will review that information before scheduling and help determine whether therapy, psychological testing, or another next step may be the best fit.

You may request a specific therapist, but placement cannot be guaranteed. Scheduling depends on clinical fit, insurance participation, provider availability, and whether the provider is currently accepting new clients.

Insurance and Payment

We are generally in network with many major commercial insurance plans, though coverage varies by provider, plan, network, and service type.

All clients are responsible for understanding their own insurance benefits, including copays, deductibles, coinsurance, and plan limitations. We make a good-faith effort to review benefit information before the first appointment when possible.

Self-pay counseling is $150 per hour if insurance does not cover services or if benefits cannot be verified before the first appointment.

For more details, please review our Insurance & Payment page.

Ready to Begin?

New clients begin by registering through TherapyAppointment, completing required intake paperwork, and then calling our office so we can review your request, insurance, provider fit, and scheduling options.
